It is with great regret and sadness we have been informed today (Monday) of the death of one of our umpires Alan Nicholls who died in Rotherham Hospice after a short illness.

He has served the league and South Yorkshire branch of ACO for many years. He was a top bloke and we shall miss him.

The funeral will take place at noon on Wednesday, July 13th at Herringthorpe Cremartorium, Rotherham.
